Over the years, the founder of Para-Digital, Zahid Rahman, has excelled in various highly-successful Canadian corporations, and ran multiple startups! Holding positions of CEO, Senior Vice-President, and Vice President of Operations, he has hired, mentored, and trained hundreds of people, and ran several excellent departments. Zahid understands operations, finance, sales, customer service, and marketing.
Throughout his career, he has made connections in Philippines, Pakistan, India, Jamaica and Bangladesh. Mr. Rahman ran overseas operations centers and call centers in these regions. He has learned the cultures and talents in these countries, and has mastered sourcing and utilizing their workforce to achieve optimal value.
Due to his experience, he founded Para-Digital to empower other companies in Canada, United States, and United Kingdom to reap the rewards of utilizing highly-skilled international labour.
Equally important to Para-Digital, is offering a great work environment and career path to the international professionals. The workforce is carefully screened, selected, and trained before assigning them to any roles for clients.
